Getting started
Welcome aboard. I cannot wait to see what you think. After joining Slack, take a look around the channels and use the bugs channel for issues that need investigation.
If something behaves strangely, include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and whether you can make it happen again. Screenshots, screen recordings, and small example projects are all helpful when they make the situation clearer.
Reporting issues
If you get a crash, Loopy Pro should prompt you to describe what happened. Please write a short note there, then add any follow-up detail in Slack if you can.
For problems that do not crash, describe the steps that led there. The most useful reports usually include the device, iOS or iPadOS version, audio interface or controller if one is involved, and whether the issue happens in a new project.
Crashes on launch
If Loopy Pro crashes as soon as it opens, the current workspace may be involved. Open the Files app, go to On My iPad, then Loopy, and look for Workspace.lpproj. Share it with Michael at [email protected], then rename or remove it so Loopy Pro can launch again.
